~30 minutes from downtown Port Bowen.
Large grounds, 1.5 acres.
Grounds have been furnished with a large flower garden, an inground pool, a hot tub, a moderately sized greenhouse (packed with flowers, veggies and a few baby fruit trees), a deck with awning, and a large fenced in area for the dogs to run around in.

Master Bedroom Suite: Katie and Birdie's bedroom.
Bedroom 2: Goban's bedroom. Contains bookcase, personal book collection, laptop computer.
Bedroom 3: Eric's bedroom.
Den: Public computer room/office. Filing cabinet, two desks with performance desktop computers (loaded with some of the best security software available; cases are locked and anchored to bolts in floor)
Living room: Big screen TV with Bose surround speakers, DVD player, DVR. Comfy couch and arm chairs. DVD/CD collection.
Kitchen area: gas stove, large fridge, breakfast bar area. Has a first aid kit under sink (+3 to Dex+Medicine)
Basement has been divided into rooms and finished; includes:
A small spare bedroom (claimed by Daniel)
A larger spare bedroom (outfitted as both spare bedroom, with an adult sized bunk bed, an standard bed and a folding cot and some basic furniture, and as an infirmary; +4 modifier to Int+Medicine rolls); includes the motley's Hedgespun Wardrobe token.
Two storage rooms--basically for attic-type storage, one containing both the household safe and the gun locker. Both are hidden in bottomless cardboard boxes (the boxes are laid on top like a sleeve), innocuously labeled.
