Saturn’s moon Pandora was once a small outpost colony. The discovery of a mysterious gate on the surface brought a surge of resources and brilliant minds, turning Pandora into a thriving research colony. It is home to the original Pandora Gate and most of the gatecrashing corporations have a presence within its habitats.
These groups operate on Pandora and have a limited presence elsewhere in the system. Because of the eponymous Pandora Gate, they often have a stronger presence on exoplanets than within Sol system.

PlathCo is a small, independent co-op minicorp focusing on the exploration of extrasolar planets. They don’t have the extravagant resources of the major firms, but have had enough success to stay afloat on their reputation among the outer planet societies.
They’ve done some backstabbing, but otherwise sell planetary rights to interested parties. Closely aligned with the anarcho-capitalist movement.
