In the twilit streets of Old Doskvol, no man is an island, and everyone’s a mark. The masses crowd together behind a lightning wall which keeps the horrors of the unquiet dead at bay - mostly. Leviathan Hunter Ships process their sanguine hauls into the electroplasm which staves off the final dark a little longer. Corrupt nobles vie for council seats advising the Lord Governor, while the Bluecoats oppress the rest. Spirit wardens stalk the dying, and even so a bustling black market mixes ghosts, drugs, and all manner of ill-gotten goods. Best find some coin right quick, and some friends to watch your back even quicker.
